Priority Sponsor - $250.00 (Tee Box sign W/Company Name and 2 players) |

Express Sponsor - $400.00 (Tee Box Sign W/Company Name and 4 Players) |
Holes will be assigned on a "First Come / First Serve" basis by receipt of payment. Holes are expected to fill up quickly, so please send your checks as soon as possible.
Any level of sponsorship will also include your company name on printed materials given out at the tournament.
